Pool was a little small but clean.

Location near the Arizona Mills Mall, and it had a pool for the kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My kids loved the breakfast, especially the make-your-own waffles. Close to mall, easy access to I-10, free hot breakfast & USA Today & wireless internet.

Bath tub had black stuff in the bottom that kept showing up after showers. Not sure where it came from.

Nice, clean rooms with lots of little extras in the rooms--internet, fridge, movies etc.

The hotel appeared to be very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The in-room extras like the fridge, internet, movies, hob etc. Was a very nice convenience to have? The maid did a nice job of keeping things very clean. Also, it was really refreshing that the maid didn't throw out partially used items like shampoo, soap etc. That always bothers me when maids/hotels are wasteful. ...read more
